  • Mandatory Temperature Checks: - Points of entries are limited to allow us to conduct temperature checks upon entering The Hotel.

  • Hand Sanitiser:- Are placed at all common areas , easily accessible to all Guests.

  • Mandatory Mask: - It is mandatory for all our guests  to wear face mask at all times.

Our hotel uses cleaning products and protocols that are approved and effective against viruses, bacterias and other air-borne pathogens.

  • Public and Common Area:- The frequency of cleaning and sanitising has been increased in all common areas with emphasising on all the touch point surfaces.

  • Guest Room: – Sanitising protocols are used to clean guest rooms.

  • Laundry :– All bed linen and laundry will be continued to be washed at high temperature. 

  • Air Filter Cleaning :– The frequency of air filter services has been increased and fresh air exchange will be maximised.

Physical Distancing 

  • Queuing :– Any area where there are Guests queues are clearly marked with appropriate physical distancing. This includes check-in, check-out, lift lobbies and dining area.

  • Dining Areas :– Seating areas has been arranged to comply with the requirements

  • Meeting and Convention Spaces :– Set- up arrangement will allows physical distancing between guests in all meeting rooms and events.
